All our products are made-to-order, especially customised ones — which means they’re crafted just for you after you place the order.
Please allow 10–15 days for delivery from the date of order confirmation.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details on your registered email or phone number.
Note: Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service availability in your area.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
If your order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or missed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
Once we receive the package, we’ll reach out to you directly to sort it out and arrange a re-delivery.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As each product is made-to-order, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We double-check every order before dispatch, but if something slips through and you receive a damaged item — we’ve got you.
•Please share clear photos/videos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
•DM us on Instagram @forhue.co.in or email us at info.forhue@gmail.com with your order ID and issue.
•Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or work out the best resolution with you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
All sales are final. We do not accept returns as every piece is made-to-order.
