REFUND POLICY

At ForHUE, we strive to create products you’ll love — crafted with care, quality, and design that speaks to you. Since many of our pieces are made to order or customised based on your preferences, we follow a strict no-refund policy once an order has been successfully placed and processed.

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or delays caused by third-party logistics providers. We make every effort to display product descriptions, colours, and sizing charts accurately on our website to help you make the best purchase decision. Please make sure to review all product details carefully before confirming your order.

 

However, in rare cases where your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was promised, we’ll take full responsibility. You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing us at info.forhue@gmail.com or messaging us on Instagram @forhue.co.in, along with clear photos of the issue. After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution — but refunds will not be processed in such situations unless absolutely necessary and approved by our team.

If the product is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or unavailability of the recipient, we will reach out to you to coordinate re-shipping. Refunds will not be issued in these cases either.
